Welcome to a quaint vacation rental!
The cottage has two bedroom suites and a common living and
dining area with a full kitchen. The cottage has central air conditioning, forced air heat, two
fireplaces, and heated marble bathroom floors. The beautifully decorated
bathrooms have over-sized jetted soaking tubs with dual shower heads. Tempurpedic
mattresses are featured for the king- and queen-sized beds. The living room has a
42" plasma TV and a wide selection of DVD’s are available to borrow. Wireless
and wired Internet access is available. The cottage has a full kitchen, and gas BBQ
on the back deck. There is also a washer/dryer. The King Suite features a king-sized Tempurpedic
mattress with a ceiling fan and a private bath in a separate adjoining room.
The private bath has a large-sized jetted tub with dual showerheads and heated

The Queen Suite features a queen-sized Tempurpedic mattress and
can be configured into a private suite with private bath. It also has a
large-sized tub with heated jets with dual showerheads and heated marble floors.

private to guests if both bedrooms are rented by the same party. (Click

The kitchen has a gas stove/oven, refrigerator, dishwasher,
microwave, toaster, toaster oven, and coffee pot. It is equipped with
pots, pans, cooking utensils, and serving pieces. Lobster pot available
upon request.
There are acres of lawn and gardens to enjoy. A canoe and kayak
are available for pond use. Included: Linens: sheets and towels. Laundry detergent and softener. Rates: Corporate and
extended stay discounts are available. Reservations are confirmed
after receipt of one night's lodging paid by credit card
(Discover, MasterCard, Visa, and American Express accepted).
Rates are subject to Maine state lodging tax of 7%.
We have a two-day cancellation policy.
